At My Calm we understand that circumstances change and you may need to reschedule your appointment. As a swwe kindly ask that you give us at least 48hrs notice or pay for the treatment in full. If we are able to fill the space then we will waive the fee.

At My Calm, the health and well-being of our clients is our priority, which is why our Skin Allergy Tests Policy insists that all new clients wanting a colour service, brow or lash tint undergo a Skin Patch Test, at least 48 hours before their technical appointment.
To make sure we give you the highest levels of customer care, we insist on Skin Allergy Tests to ensure your comfort and protection.
Skin Allergy Tests help prevent allergic reactions to colour application occurring.
Any new colour clients just need to pop into the salon within a minimum of 48 hours before their appointment. A member of our team will complete the Allergy Test for you, it only takes 2 minutes so you don’t even need to book an appointment!
We want your experience here at my calm to be an enjoyable experience, to ensure this we need to check that it is safe for you to float before your floatation session.
Before using the float room please read through the following points, if any apply you will be unable to float.
*You have coronavirus symptoms including a high temp, new continuous cough or loss of taste or smell.
*You have been in contact with anyone who has coronavirus symptoms
*You are wearing fake tan
*You are under the influence of alcohol or drugs
*You have a communicable or infectious skin condition, disorder or disease
*You have any open sores
*You are diabetic, unless my diabetes is under medical control
*You have a history of heart trouble, epilepsy, seizures or blackouts and have not received a doctor’s permission to use the floatation tank
*You are experiencing a heavy menstrual period
*You have incontinence or voluntarily/involuntarily release of bodily fluids of any kind.
